Kathy,

Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at Dreams Cancun. Thank you so much for working with us and making our trip happen on such short notice. Until this trip, I would have thought only Sue could have made me happy, but you were wonderful and took such great care of us in her absence.

One thing for future reference I will share with you. Dreams Cancun is wonderful, but I would always recommend staying in the tower rooms versus the pyramid rooms. We attempted 2 pyramid rooms and they were hot. We went down to the lobby and spoke to the manager and he moved us to a tower room. Very cool and comfortable. This room may be an upgrade. Manager did not charge us extra...we were very pleased with the customer service to make sure our stay was a pleasant one.

Yes you can of course use my message as a testimonial. Your service and this vacation was beyond my expectations so if my message can help another couple get the vacation they deserve I am all for it!

Oh it was fantastic! We loved it very much! I was very surprised on how lovely the rooms were and how comfortable it felt. The views were beautiful and that was the first time we haven't had a beach front room so I was kind of nervous to see how I would feel and I felt great!

I really appreciate you suggesting this resort and for making it all happen. I couldn't have asked for more.

Chris and I have been discussing a possible cruise as our next vacation. We are thinking about planning it way out in advance so we know how much to save each month and budget. We are between a cruise or another resort vacation...never done a cruise before so we are on the fence.

Would you be able to assist with a cruise if we go that route? Not sure exactly when we want to go but we have been talking about it since I'm sure it will be expensive.

Well now that you asked………….

No, we did not buy into the time share program. I asked Kirk to go back to the room and call you when we were considering it. Thank you for your feedback. We absolutely loved the resort and the option to go to other resorts- which we did. We went to Playa Del Carmen Palace and the Cozumel Palace. Both were very nice for a day. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay at those for an entire week, but a day was fantastic. Free transportation, free food and drinks. Had a lot of fun. But for the time share thing, we didn’t think it gave enough of a savings to make it worth it. We considered having you as our travel agent and the knowledge that you are always looking for great deals and new places.

So, you can’t get rid of us just yet. We love your recommendations and will keep trusting you to find us neat and cool new places.

We just returned from a fabulous week at Barcelo Mayan resort that Sue had arranged for us. All her plans are done meticulously and we knew we were in good hands. She double-checked all the arrangements and when we were snowed in for 2 days she quickly rearranged things for us. This is a fabulous resort for families, grandparents and grandkids. What could be better than having your 14 year old grandson take you snokeling??

Punta Cana Princess Review

The trip was fabulous!  The weather was perfect the entire time we were there.  The resort was beautiful and the people were wonderful! The beach was clean and not too crowded.  We talked to other people from other resorts on our way to the airport who said their beaches were not nice or the water was too dangerous to swim in at their resort. We liked the fact that the resort smaller and laid back.  It was not as pretentious as some of the bigger resorts.  The staff caters to your every need and are wonderful! The food at the different restaurants was wonderfully delicious.  The atmosphere was very European - which my husband loves after being stationed in Europe and falling in love with that culture! There were many people from many different countries there: Russian, French, German, Canadian, etc. - which was quite interesting. I do wish we would have learned Spanish before our trip it would have made it a little easier but it was still a great trip.  We would definitely go back because it was magnificent!

Good Morning Sue,

Not a drop of rain the entire week. Amazing weather! Amazing Place! We loved it and talked about you (and how grateful we were for your recommendation) over and over when we were down there. The people of Jamaica were wonderful, the resort was beautiful, the excursions were superb. Horse back riding, catamaran cruise, 960 ft. waterfall hike (really fun), snorkeling, shopping, water bike riding…… it was all included in the price and just great fun. So much more too- not to mention great food and top drawer drinks! (The “naked” island looked interesting- we may check it out next time we go after we each lose 50 pounds.-ha!)

Truly, cannot thank you enough for your guidance and help on our trip to Couples Tower Isle. Nothing short of an amazing week.

Just wanted to say "Thanks" for a fun-filled, stress-free, no problem, ALL-INCLUSIVE vacation! We loved the hotel. Nice staff. We only left twice. One day we rented a car at the hotel and drove to Todos Santos to see Hotel California. I have to say I was surprised at how expensive everything was from the street vendors, water sports, restaurants and spas. The town didn't seem to be it's usual busy place. The hotel was maybe half full. But I think the price of everything was higher than last year. Thanks for the beautiful scarf/wrap you sent also.

Talked to a friend who has been there years ago before it was remodeled. Hi Sue,

We had a wonderful time in Mexico, the accommodations were nice and we were able to get additional upgrades for two additional rooms. The service level from the Apple representatives were top notch. They were very knowledgeable and very eager to assist us with our options for tours, etc... I do highly recommend El Spa. The services offered were fairly priced and they were offering discounted packages that made the experience even more delightful.

All in all, thanks to you, the travel was perfect, no incidents, no delays and very smooth transfers to and from the airports. The resort was very nice, a bit larger than I would have liked ... too much walking to get to the restaurants and the trolleys were not on a schedule that you could count on (not a complaint, just an observation). The beaches were pristine and not crowded at all. The adult beverages lacked quality, but service was excellent. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and would do it all over again.

Thank you so much for all your help in getting us all together and for arranging such a wonderful All-in-Inclusive vacation in Mexico!

Our son was celebrating his 50th birthday and a grandson graduated from college. I love traveling and enjoying the all inclusive resorts. Our grandson's trip included his girl friend and another couple for a week in Cancun. Two weeks before departure the Swine flu scare broke out and parents and grandmother panicked. Dear Kathy,

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all you did to make our "honeymoon" a success. First of all, you were absolutely wonderful when we had to cancel our trip originally planned for February. You were so accommodating in helping us get back our deposits. You did this with not being upsetting or mad because our schedule changed. When I said I would call you back when we could come up with a workable date you said you would do whatever you could to make our dream trip come true.

I think I called you sometime in July saying we were back on for October. You were so happy for us that we could plan on taking our trip again. After only a couple of days everything was scheduled. You know that I was excited and probably e-mailed you 10 different times with questions that probably seemed so routine to you but I "needed" to know. You were really patient and assured me that all would go smoothly. You even called me the day before we left to wish us a wonderful trip.

Now to the trip itself. Absolutely no problems with our flight going or returning. You selected Lomas Travel for our private transportation to and from the resort. What a great choice on your part. Lomas treated us like family. I must say that the Lomas representative who waited for us back in Cancun to return home was invaluable to us. He escorted us to our airlines and then lifted each of our bags to make sure they weren't overweight so we wouldn't get charged extra. He told me to wait in line and he and Steve went off to the side and re-distributed our luggage so that both bags were under 50 pounds.

The Royal Playa del Carmen - well, it's Heaven on Earth. We had an absolutely wonderful time - which quite honestly consisted mostly of laying on the beach, raising our hands for drinks then eating 3 fabulous meals a day!

All in all, you are my hero. You put together such a wonderful trip for us. The amazing part is our connection has only been made through e-mails and the phone but I feel like you have been my friend for years.

Thanks so much and you can bet I'll be calling you for our next trip.

Oh hello!!

I have been meaning to write you!! The kids and I had a wonderful time!! Dreams Tulum was lovely and perfect for what I was looking for – it was small enough to not feel like it was an overbuilt resort but big enough to have something to do every day and night. The accommodations were beautiful and the service and food excellent. The kids and I met friends there that we will keep for a long time to come!

You found us an excellent vacation spot and the vacation came off without a single hitch (except some sunburns). I am definitely using you for my next vacation!!!

I am Marc’s “other half”—and we just got back from our vaca in Jamaican paradise. We loved Beaches Boscobel—thank you so much for recommending it to us—we were completely at a loss without your advice. We thought that the Kid’s Club was awesome, the water park amazing, the activities fantastic, the service extremely friendly, professional and accommodating, and the food completely delicious (and healthy)—what else could a family of 5 ask for, right?? :) Admittedly, we had managed our expectations very far down—although we had read reviews online, etc. (I remember them to be somewhat “mixed”)—we really weren’t sure what to expect. So we were VERY pleasantly surprised. And, for whatever it is worth, I think that many families there were as overjoyed as we were. I think that we’d go back next spring . . . We’d probably even book it now (they are offering heavily discounted deals for next year), but we don’t yet know which week is “spring break” for our kids. We, of course, would always be open to any other suggestions you’d have if you think we’d enjoy any other all-inclusive place as much or more. We "met" Sue Denno at All Inclusive Experts about 3 years ago. She has changed the way my husband and I travel!! We had a fantastic vacation. Jeff and Tim declared it the best vacation ever!! We have been to Europe four times, so I was surprised at their declaration! The resort was perfect for our family. The restaurants were excellent, service was outstanding, even in the Buffet. We only left the resorts to go to the Dolphin Encounter. We swam in the ocean, kayaked, jet skied, took archery lessons, played tennis, boogie boarded, and spent hours in the pool. Read 5 books, went to the evening entertainment. Ate, and drank!

Thank you for your tireless effort to help us find this resort. Can't wait to plan next summer's vacation.

The flight time was only 2 1/2 hours! Great for all of us.
